Catastrophic damage caused to the transmission after the radiator failed and anti-freeze entered the transmission on a 2009 Nissan Xterra. Repair cost $3000. Unfortunately, not covered under the terms of the class action lawsuit. Well documented manufacture defect in the radiator caused the damage and Nissan Corp. failed to take appropriate action by declaring a recall. Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase another Nissan vehicle again.
