This SUV won't pass the California Smog Check. This seems ridiculous to me as it's a 2005. I've been told it's the catalytic convertor but, would like to know if there are others out there who have had a similar problem. I love my car/suv. I have taken care of it with regular tune ups, etc. I had the transmission replaced twice and later found out this was a manufacture defect and was reimbursed for one time. But, it seems it should pass a smog check????
