cvt broken, could not do normal acceleration
It's terrible support from Nissan Motor Indonesia. They just said the transmission is broken & need replacement for IDR 43 million. Could not explain why it's happened.
Here is my concern about this problem :
- Is it normal that Nissan Xtrail transmission would break at 100 thousand kilometer and need to be replaced with cost IDR 43 million ?
- Daily normal use for my Nissan Xtrail, no any modification & no used for racing
- Always do service regular maintanance at authorized Nissan workshop
- Around 50k km, also have noised problem with transmission & solved by Nissan Motor Indonesia HQ. So maybe, current problem related to this one ?
- Have tried to claim warranty, but Nissan only want cover 25%
- Already ask about the root cause of this problem, but they could not explain anything.
