When accelerating the car shuts off. When pulling into a parking lot the vehicle shut off. When pulling in driveway, up a slight hill, the vehicle shut off. The car shut off three times on 7/13/2020 on my 2015 Nissan Versa note.
2015 Nissan Versa note hesitant when taking off. Trouble switching gears. Late shift time. Been multiple times when turning out of a neighborhood or at a light that my car would hesitate and I've almost been hit. I'm guessing it's the transmission. Most of my driving is in town. I'm worried that one day its going to hesitate with my kids in the car or by myself and I will get hit.
This car since we bought al those part need to replace, for aproxima 6 months park in the garages, ours friend keeps state ting the transmission was not working all year 2019 towing at least 3 times..
Driving on highway, hot day temp on dash read 98 degrees. All electronics shut down, A/C shut down. Power steering shut down and was barely able to steer car to the side of the road. 3rd time this has happened and do not feel safe driving car especially now that I'm pregnant.

The engine completely shut off on my 2015 Nissan Versa note 3 times now. In all 3 situations, my car was in idle in drive mode and the engine shut down. I restarted the car the first time it happened and I attempted to drive and it shut down again. The last time it happened Jan. 6 at 10:30 a.M. in houston when I was idling at a red light and the engine completely shut down. I was able to restart it and drive 348 miles without any further issues.
The contact owns a 2015 Nissan Versa note. While driving various speeds, the vehicle stalled without warning on several occasions. In addition, the vehicle hesitated to accelerate forward after it was started. The dealer (luther Nissan of inver grove, located at 1470 50th street, East suite a, inver grove heights, Minnesota 55077, (612) 424-7661) diagnosed that the battery needed to be replaced. The battery was replaced under warranty, but the failure recurred three weeks later. In addition, kline Nissan (3090 highway 61 North, maplewood, Minnesota 55109, (877) 284-5230) took the vehicle for a test drive, but could not duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 31,000. The VIN was not available.
With the vehicle in motion and no warning lights on, all electronics shut down except for the turning indicators, along with the engine. Accelerator no longer functioned nor did the break assist. After pulling over and turning the car off, it would not start again through turning the key ignition. The car remained in that state until I shook battery cables (which were not loose and maintained full contact both before and after shaking). Afterwards, the car started as usual with no warning lights. This has happened three times now, all instances ending in the car power shutting down.
My car will randomly shut down while driving when it gets too hot. The steering locks up, all the lights come on in the car (engine light etc.) and I can't drive. It starts working again when I turn it off and turn it back on. I already took it to the dealership but it has done it since I've taken it. It has done it while driving on both the freeway and city streets.
