- Front Turn Signal Lamp Dealer Inventory Dealer Announcement Nissan is conducting a dealer inventory quality action to inspect both front turn signal lamp bulbs and, if necessary, replace them on 3,251 specific model year 2020 -2021 Versa vehicles identified in Service Comm. Due to a supplier concern that has since been resolved, the installed front turn signal bulbs may have durability issues that could cause them to not perform to specification. Affected vehicles are not subject to stop sale and are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. What Dealers Should Do PLEASE FOLLOW THE ATTACHED INSPECTION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this quality action using Service Comm or DBS National Service History â?? Open Campaigns I.D. PM965 â?¢ New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). ï?§ Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information â?¢ Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for campaign applicability. 2. Use the attached procedure to inspect the turn signal lamp bulb and, if necessary, remedy any vehicles affected by this quality action. â?¢ Parts may be ordered via normal parts ordering system beginning January 04, 2020. 3. The service department should submit the applicable warranty claim for the action performed so it can be closed on Service Comm. Dealer Responsibility It is the dealerâ??s responsibility to check Service Comm or DBS National Service History â?? Open Campaign using the appropriate campaign I.D for the inspection status on each affected vehicle currently in new vehicle inventory.
