Because many owners commonly drive 20,000 miles/year or more, Versa owners experiencing CVT transmission problems may find they are not covered by this settlement due to the mileage limitation.
When traveling 55 mph or more, upon steering to the left around a sharp curve, there seems to be a problem in the front right suspension. The car wants to slide or skid to the point that I have to slow down considerably for fear of wrecking. I even felt the tire rub on a couple of occasions. I have had it aligned and checked but no one can find anything wrong. This has been going on since I bought the car. Just wondering if this is a common problem or something unique with my car? It could be dangerous.
