CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2012-2017 Nissan Versa has an expensive CVT transmission failure defect that shows up plainly in our complaint data.
In late 2019, the CVT defect was subject to a class action settlement. However the settlement only covers transmission repairs up to 7 years after purchase or 84,000 miles (whichever occurs first).
Because many owners commonly drive 20,000 miles/year or more, Versa owners experiencing CVT transmission problems may find they are not covered by this settlement due to the mileage limitation.

I bought my car from Nissan Outo - Cairo - Egypt - Nasr City Branch, so, the car front left quarter panel was roughened, when i tell the branch about the problem, he said that "due to uncleaned body, that was happened".
After one month, i had an accident that lead me to replace the right front door, so, nissan service branch in Abu-Rawash agreed with me that front left quarter panel was polished before and also the mirrors too.
I'm working in an American international company, so, when my colleagues heard about the my catastrophic problems with Nissan, they couldn't realize that from good-self brand like Nissan, so, They advise me to write this complaint.
By the way, I raised my problem to the customer service from Nissan Egypt, they promise to contact me, until this moment, No one reply.
It is unacceptable that cheating from NISSAN.
Kindly, help me to get my rights.
