This car was purchased for my mother and she is scared to death to drive this car again. This was the 2nd time the problem happened. The dealer stated at first that they could not fix the problem unless it happened with them. Then, after complaining on the phone dealer decided to replace steering rack. If this does not fix the problem then this car is a lemon and will take action on it.
