The contact owns a 2009 Nissan Versa. The contact stated that the front driver side tie rod fractured while driving 5 mph. The contact heard a noise coming from the front wheel prior to the failure. The contact stopped the vehicle and called roadside assistance for assistance, who advised the contact of the failure. The vehicle was then towed to the dealer where the failure was confirmed and the vehicle was repaired. The failure mileage and the current mileage was 39,000.
