CarComplaints.com Notes: Be aware the 2007-2011 Nissan Versa was recalled in the US in May 2016 & July 2017 for defective Takata airbags that are potentially deadly. Many Versa owners have reported problems getting Nissan dealers to complete the recall repair, due to scheduling problems & parts shortages.

Very loud pop sound coming from the front passenger side while turning, and occasionally at high speed. I tried to diagnose and repair it, couldn't figure out what it was. Took it to a mechanic, then to a dealer, neither could figure it out either. I replaced shocks and springs - did not fix the issue. Replaced brake pads, rotors, and calipers - did not fix the issue. Guess i'll drive it and hope the wheel doesn't fall off.
