I am trying to get an appointment at the Nissan Service in Clarksville, MD about the safety concern. They haven't returned to me after I left numerous messages via text and their office answer machines. My truck acts very oddly at around 40 mph which is very hazard and I did send the video link but they rather not view it until I get an appointment. I did reach the Nissan Consumer Affairs that I have waited long enough but they told me to continue to contact the service and they are aware of it due to the log. I did send the video to both of them but they couldn't view it at their work computer. The truck drifted on the ramp around 40 mph as I captured it. See the video below, at :20, I kept on the gas for around mph, the RPM and MPH dropped and the slippery warning light and the brake system was triggered. I felt like my truck was pulled back when that happened. That is a bit dangerous to drive. I dont see any damages under my truck. Can you escalate the issue to the Nissan and the local service that they should take a look at and take care of it? The truck has plenty of problems and it is only two years old. My old Nissan car almost had no issues and ran hundreds of thousands miles. [XXX] -- INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
