- Front Wheel Sensor Harness Inspection ***** Quality Action Summary ***** Nissan is conducting a quality action to inspect the right and left front wheel sensors and if necessary replace on specific MY2019 Titan XD vehicles identified in SERVICE COMM and National Service History – Open Campaigns. These vehicles are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. Due to a supplier quality issue, that has since been corrected; the incorrect sensor may have been installed on the front wheel hub. ***** What Dealers Should Do ***** PLEASE FOLLOW THE ATTACHED INSPECTION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Verify if vehicles currently in dealer inventory are affected by using Service Comm or National Service History – Open Campaign I.D. PC721.  - New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales->Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign).  - Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information  - Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for campaign applicability. 2. Use the attached procedure to inspect and, if necessary, remedy any vehicles affected by this quality action:  - If the wheel sensor part numbers are 47910-EZ10A (GOOD). No further repair is required.  - If ONE or BOTH of the wheel sensor part numbers are 47910-1PA0A (NG) replace only the affected wheel sensor per the Electronic Service Manual (ESM). 3. Once vehicles have been inspected and, if necessary, remedied dealers may submit the applicable warranty claim for the action performed and the vehicle can be released for sale. ***** Dealer Responsibility ***** It is the dealer’s responsibility to check Service Comm or DBS National Service History – Open Campaign using the appropriate campaign I.D for the campaign status on each affected vehicle currently in new vehicle inventory.
