We bought this truck brand new and almost from the start the radio had bizarre issues. We had reported them while bringing the vehicle in for regular service and repairs (as well as one major one). The mechanics/techs always treated us like we were nuts. We had brought the truck in on this date for a a manufacturers recall. We also complained of a strange noise in the engine.

Once again we were told that they could not duplicate the problems we were having with the radio. They also could find no issue with the engine. The radios' problems were increasing and I find it hard to believe that the thing did not act up at all while they had the truck.
