IF YOU CONFIRM
The front passenger seat has a visible vibration/movement that only occurs at speeds between 60 mph and 80 mph
And
Vibration/movement can be reproduced while driving on smooth roads (vibration/movement not caused by road surface)
And
All tires are in balance and road force vibration is within specifications (see NTB11-062).
ACTION
Replace the front passenger seatback assembly and front passenger headrest.
