Titan SL 5.6L V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 95,000 miles

I have a 2017 Nissan Titan Sl. When going uphill slightly pressing down the accelerator, it jerks/hesitates between 2-3 gear. Especially when accelerating full throttle, it takes a 2 second delay.

P.S - my truck runs better with the traction control “off”

Update from Apr 1, 2023: Took it to Nissan Dealership, updated my transmission. Runs brand new again. Love my truck

Titan SL 5.6L V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 97,000 miles

My 2017 Nissan Titan SL 97,000 miles started to make an awful lag/hesitation when shifting to 2-3 gear. Feels like my RPM is lagging. Only way to make it run better is by turning off your traction control OFF.

Update from Apr 1, 2023: Took it to the Nissan Dealership. They updated my transmission & now it runs as brand new. Love my truck.

Titan SV 5.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 6,500 miles

2017 Titan gas SV 4x4 vehicle has always be sluggish when accelerating. Nissan claims all this big HP but transmission tuning really sucks. Had to dealer four times and several updates put on it, but no different. MPG is nowhere near sticker 13 city 17 hwy. Should have kept my old 1999 Chevy and saved $47K.
