Vehicle would not go into gear, service advisor at chapman Nissan, claims that there's a sensor in the shifter that has a tendency to go bad. So the complete shifter had to be replaced. Cost over a $1,000. Vehicle being in a stationary position, after starting vehicle, shifter won't engage.
