The contact owns a 2007 Nissan Titan. While driving 40 mph, the front passenger side caliper bolt detached from the vehicle. As a result, the caliper loosened, which damaged the tire and locked the wheel. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 64,000. Updated 10/19/16 the consumer stated the wheel locked up, and then ruptured causing air to escape. Updated 11/03/16.
