My dealer says I need a drivers side air bag module or a spiral cable. Module is $1100 and spiral cable around $900. Not understanding why I should pay for one of these and there's is only a 50% chance that problem will be fixed. My real complaint is why I should have to pay for what I consider a SAFETY HAZARD!!. If my air bag light is blinking and my air bag will not deploy when I get into a crash is that not a NISSAN recall issue? This SAFETY issue should be addressed by nissan and fixed by dealer for no cost.
