Hi Sir,
This is BABU REDDY, owner of Nissan Terrano vehicle no KA-05-MP-7556 purchased in the month of 22/05/2014 in Surya Nissan Bangalore. As of now I have done two services for total kilometer of 18000, from the beginning of the purchase I was facing a problem with the clutch (i.e a sound is coming whenever I use the clutch) and it is been bought to notice to the showroom authorities during the service but still it was not rectified. As a valuable customer I need a solution from the company, otherwise, I have to take a serious action against this issue (legally) and the service department of Surya Nissan. They always say it is checked, drive for few kilometers, it will be alright, and the same problem is persisting, which is too irritating to drive the vehicle. Kindly find a solution to rectify this issue as soon as possible and revert back to me .
