I am sharing a unique experience with Nissan, my car got in an accident on the month of July, after that since this date, I do not have any update from Nissan people regarding repair of my vehicle. Initially 6 months they were adamant that car is not repairable and insurance company were adamant that as it is minor damage, it must get repaired. Finally after long chase Nissan agreed to repair the vehicle ...but now it's more than 2 months..they still not able to give estimate of vehicle ...forget about repairing it...
I have tried my level best to coordinate with all senior members of Nissan and you won't believe but to accept that it is worst than any company in this world... After 6 months of regular follow up..no senior member or customer care has ever replied to me...... It was 16l rs car...which Nissan have made into scrap...and no one in Nissan who can actually reply this.
Beware before buying any Nissan car...you car might end up into scrap and you will never able to get any answers...Forget about your car.
Now it seems I have been left with no option but to move to consumer court...Please suggest.
