I lodged a complaint with Berkeley Chandigarh on 8/02/2014 and after a number of calls they send a guy to check my car and he diagnose the problem that the key is not working and there is a problem in the software, then he calls his engineer. The engineer said that he does not have the software with him. I request him to arrange the software but after so many requests he agrees that he will send his man on Monday but in the morning he says it will take 3-4 weeks.
