Dear Sir,

I have owned a Nissan Sunny for three long years and the journey felt as I wasn't owning the car instead bearing the car and the service providers for so long.

All my hopes were crushed once I got my car but the problem I would like to bring to your notice is the problems in braking which increased immensely during last few months. Accompanying it we have a very loud and pathetic sound made on braking. When complaint to your dealer nearby, Petal Nissan, we got an excuse that this is not covered under warranty. To this we agreed and gave it for servicing but to my surprise when I got my car back it was not fixed properly and rather the delivery boy gifted me a big dent on the boot of the car. The car was delivered when I was out and when I returned I found the dent waiting for me .

Sir this actions forced me to contact higher authorities and not at all suggesting Nissan as a company. I am expecting a very helpful reply. Hope you manage to rebuild your impression once again.
