3 year old car, purchased new was recently diagnosed with a bad muffler and tailpipe. I've heard from other mechanics and my dealership's service department that this kind of thing is happening frequently with Sentras in particular. I've never owned a vehicle, new or used, that needed >$500 of exhaust work at ~54k mi. Numerous other annoyance problems also since the day I drove it off the lot. Buyer beware. I will NEVER buy another Nissan.
