There is a small area of the exhaust system that is known to fail on Nissans. Not only is it something you need fixed immediately, it is very costly. The exhaust flange broke, damaging the gasket making the car sound like a Mack truck. If left un-repaired the cost would skyrocket over $600 or you will succumb to carbon monoxide poisoning
