The Bible tells us to "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you", I must admit that Nissan Motors have not lived up to this principle. ALL I'm asking is for this company to do the right thing. My husband and I purchased a 2007 Nissan Sentra approximately 3 years ago. Now, a car that only has 80,000 miles is parked in our garage, because my car has a sick engine that needs a new heart. Please DO NOT tell me that a car less than 4 years old should have an engine collapse. We have been back and forth with the Nissan dealership about this problem. I was trying to get home from work and I had to drive 20 mph with my emergency lights on and praying the whole time that the car would not stop on me. It was shaking like a wet dog. The sad thing is we purchased the car from a Crdeit Union (used), with only 20,000 miles at the time, and now we have to make payments on a car that we can no longer drive. In addition, I cannot go to work because the Nissan was my source of transportation, especially with the high cost of gas. I have to travel 70 mile round trip Monday thru Friday. I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem...hmmm. Of course, Nissan said that they could fix the problem if we pay them $6500.00!!!
It is sad to see so many people have problems with Nissan Motors and they refuse to own up to the responsibility and fix these broken down cars. I am not going to Gripe, rant or yell; but I am going to pray to God and ask HIM to touch the hearts of the people who are responsible for making the changes that are needed for people like me to go on with our lives, and be able to drive a car that is safe and reliable for me and my family. I will not put my children in harm's way!!! NISSAN, just DO THE RIGHT THING....LynnCA
