The car started jerking on the highway, almost to stall. I was able to get home. it was towed to the mechanic where I have to repair ECU after 2 weeks of diagnostic --it cost me $1000
It was not easy to diagnostic because the car gives you a lot of engine errors and the mechanic has to replace couple of sensors (crank shaft sensor and cam shaft sensor) until he took the decision to repair the ECU. I found on the internet about this problem to be very common on Nissan Sentra.
