When my AC/Heat went out along with my rear defrost, my Retractable shoulder seatbelt would not retract when I open the car door. So now I am driving with no shoulder belt. I hope I don't get hit. I could get killed. It may have to do with the fuses under my hood but I have not checked them with a voltmeter yet. I hope I can figure it out.
