On 8/31/2018, while driving in a parking garage, the car slowed down quickly and stopped by itself. The gear was on D and gas tank was full. Changing the gear to R, still not moving at all; Changing back to D, still not moving at all. So, had to turn it off and restart, it then started moving.

This is a brand new car. The Nissan dealer (where bought) took it back twice and returned without identifying the issue from their testing, and of course no solution. First time, the dealer service kept it for five hours; Second time, they kept it for three days.

Any suggestion? Thanks.
