I bought the car used and with 13,000 miles on the car the road noise is terrible. It is bad at 10 mph and up. The smoother the road the less the noise. Most roads are not always smooth. It rumbles in your ears. It sounds like it is coming from the door post not the windows. You can roll the windows down and not hear it outside at 10 mph. If you roll the windows up the noise is back at 10 mph. Next step is to change the tires and see if that helps. Tires are not worn enough to be causing the problem. Any help would be appreciated. I am going to take it to Nissan and see what they say about it,
