Again I am disappointed with John Amato dealership in Milwaukee. I had the car only 2 1/2 weeks and found out the defrost on the driver's mirror not working. The only way I found out it snowed in April and it did not defrost. If it had not snowed I would not have found out until winter 2018.
The used car manager refused to cover it. Then I spoke with someone I guess in upper management that said the same thing. I was told to bring it back when the extended warranty kicks in and I would only have to pay my $100.00 deductible, which is much less than paying the $600.00 plus to have it repaired. I was blown away by that response and he also stated that they will take 20% to 25% off.
I could see if I had this car for two months but I only had 2 1/2 weeks. He said I bought it as is and nothing stated as is and there was nothing on the report as stating that the defrost did not work.
