2015 Nissan Select Automatic: I complained about the lack of heat months ago, and the Nissan dealership reported "No Problem". It was summer, so I ignored it. Now it is winter, very cold and the heat basically sucks. I cannot recycle cabin air when heat selector is turned to windshield. At max heat setting, the air is slightly warm to the touch - it never approaches "WARM". It is the poorest heating system I have ever had. The design is seriously flawed is seems. I am at the dealership now and trying to get them to say "Yes, there is a problem...Yes, we know about this problem." We shall see. This 'minor' problem, if it cannot be fixed, will prompt me to get rid of this car. Note: 3 times the blower motor has been clogged with mouse housing material, mostly insulation from the firewall under the dashboard, and grass and stuff. Mice/moles have access to the blower motor - it has cost me over $200.00 to have this repaired. Perhaps during the repair/removal of mouse nests in the blower motor assembly, the heating system was damaged or disconnected in some way. Each time, the removal the mouse nest fixed the fan problem (noise, vibration, little air flow). However, the poor heating system continues to produce an acceptable level of hot air.
