My Nissan Rogue with 300 miles on it went into "unintended acceleration" and smashed into my house. The airbag did not inflate at all causing a nasty gash in my forehead when smashing into the mirror.

The car was totaled and the independent engineer hired by the insurance company said it was caused by socalled unintended acceleration. The insurance company paid for all damages and I was not charged with an accident, but since I did not die or ended up in a wheelchair lawyers told us we did not have "a real case" against Nissan.

Wonder if anybody is filing a class action suit for similar problems.

I'm a good driver and can think quick. Today I was in an accident on interstate 12.. I travel this route everyday. I was about 1/4 mile away from any cars. It started raining so I put my foot on the brake and when I did the car began to go into a flying 80mph plane. I could not stop the vehicle. I am so lucky to be alive. I cannot believe that there is no other human that this has not happened to.

Please let me know if you have had your Nissan rouge go into a flying jet and not having not one ounce of skill to stop this.

I hit a vehicle in front. I hit it ...my front drivers fender to their back passenger fender. MY fender peeled back and NO Air bag deployed .....WHY.
