First reported on 8/16/21, water coming in at the driver top corner inside vehicle. Dealer could not duplicate concern. It rained several times and the area at the driver top was wet again however dealer was closed. Returned to dealer again, was basically told that I left the window down when I went thru the car wash or when it rained. Since I just dropped in, no invoice was given. On 2/8/22 return to dealer with the same issue. Met with service advisor and manager to make arrangement for a loaner or transportation since I had no other transportation and they wanted to keep the car. I showed a picture of the damage to both and repeated where the leak was, Driver side top corner. 2/14/22 was scheduled for me to leave the car. They provided a ride home and pick up when the finished.
Picked up vehicle and told no leaks found. I even explained to them that when I was traveling and went thru a hard rain, it sound like someone was sucking the last water from the bottom of a cup. I didn't really look at the invoice right away. When I was preparing to put the invoice in the glove compartment is when I noticed the description was not the same as my complaint. I made a note of this on the invoice. Went in today for regular maintenance and asked the same service advisor was the description on the 2/14/22 invoice the actual service the water doctor performed, she said yes (Rear passenger side headliner getting wet from a leak). At this point, I informed her that this is not correct, I did not tell you that. Per Tiffany, she made a mistake but yet, no resolution still as of today. I'm afraid, if this continue, mold will build up.
