Verify if vehicles are affected by this quality action using Service Comm or DBS National Service History – Open Campaigns I.D. PC778 • New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign).  Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information • Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for campaign applicability. 2. Use the attached procedure to inspect the left front combination lamp assembly and, if necessary, remedy any vehicles affected by this quality action: • A unique campaign repair procedure has resulted in a more efficient repair process and reduced flat rate time. • Dealers may order parts, as needed, via DBS starting January 12, 2021.  DBS placed orders will begin fulfillment on January 15, 2021 in the order they are received. NOTE: Parts replaced under this activity will be placed on parts return. Monitor the Warranty Parts Return Website located at NNAnet.com for notifications. • Dealers ordering parts via normal parts ordering process begins on February 9, 2021. 3. The service department should submit the applicable warranty claim for the action performed so the campaign can be closed on Service Comm.
