Car was beeping and blinking lights and would not start. Luckily, I was at home. Nissan said their roadside assistance would come to tow it to dealer since it was under warranty. I waited 3 hours and they cancelled. I waited again another 2 hours the next day and decided to call my fleet company instead. Their roadside assistance never came. My fleet company had it towed it right away to dealer. This was on Friday morning. The dealer told me that they could not give me a rental car until they knew what was wrong with car. They wanted to keep it over the weekend until Monday. My work had to pay for rental car for Friday and over the weekend. On Monday my car was done. They said that the radio was draining the battery and making the car goofy. They installed a software update and said it fixed the issue. The car is not even a year old and only has 19,800 miles on it and this is the second issue I've experienced. The other being that the rear windshield exploded outward for no reason while parked.
