I have called Nissan USA about this problem about 2 times (once with this 2019 Rogue SV and another for a rental 2019 Rogue Sport S). I also own a 2016 Rogue SL, which doesn't have this issue. And when I took this 2019 Rogue to the dealer, they said it's working as designed. Nissan also backed up the dealer's statement saying that this is working as designed. Clearly, it is not, as my 2016 DOESN'T LAG compared to this 2019. This issue happens when the vehicle is cold and warm, and Nissan is doing nothing about it.
This is literally the last NISSAN vehicle in our house, as its our third Nissan (our 2nd Nissan was the brand new 2018 Kicks that unfortunately got the Florida Certificate of Destruction, and that did not had the lagging backup camera issue). I can count about at least 20 times or maybe more of this issue occurring and its occurring very frequent. But, no, Nissan and dealer says it's working "perfectly".
What I want is Nissan doing a massive recall for this issue, as the recent recall for the backup camera DID NOT fix this issue at all.
