- 2018 ROGUE; INTELLIGENT KEY REGISTRATION TIPS This bulletin applies to vehicles equipped with Intelligent Key only. SERVICE INFORMATION When replacing or adding an Intelligent Key of an Applied Vehicle: 1. ALWAYS initialize/register the original Intelligent Key(s) BEFORE attempting to initialize/register a new one. 2. Confirm the Intelligent Key is correct for the vehicle being worked on. - The last five digits of the Intelligent Key?s part number is printed on the back behind the mechanical key. If a ?new? Intelligent Key will not initialize/register, go to page 2 to determine if the ?new? Intelligent Key has been previously initialized/registered to another vehicle. NOTE: Once a new Intelligent Key has been initialized/registered to a vehicle, it can be reinitialized/reregistered as many times as needed to the same vehicle.
