The contact owns a 2017 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated while driving 55 mph, the sunroof exploded, and the sunroof glass shattered onto the shade guard. The contact was able to pull to the side of the road, where he checked the vehicle but could not determine the cause of the failure. The contact then drove to his destination. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. Neither the manufacturer nor the dealer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 55,000.
