For the amount of time and the mileage is under 50,000, I don't know. This malfunction of the air bag sensor in the passenger seat is no fault of my own, but a manufacture fault.
To replace the sensor dealership they stated it would cost me $3700.00. Why should I have to pay when it is a malfunction in the sensor?
I am on disability and cannot afford to repair this especially when I paid the car off in 2019. Which was $32,000. A lot of money just to have sensors malfunction and go out.
If the car was in a wreck will the air bag deploy without having the sensor?
