Spoke to Nissan and they said "there has never been any complaints about the trunk door", We searched the internet under Nissan Recalls and found one complaint under body & Paint for 2015 Nissan Rouge.
We advised Nissan and they looked into it and agreed to replace the the trunk door.
I leased Nissan Rough 2015 on March, from very first month the problem started and Nissan Canada knows about it.
My concerns are:
1- Electronical problem with my 2009 Nissan Rough, "My previous Nissan rides off for electronical issue".
2- 2015 Rough:
A: Feb23-15: Not enough hot air flow from floor vent. (Alta Nissan)
B: Mar13-15: replace: TC10AA heater and AC control. (Avenue Nissan)
C: May19-15: tail gate open by itself while city driving- Navigation froze- (Police close the road and let me to collect my clothes from the road)
D: Jun27-15: tail gate bar not close
E: Sep17-15: tailing door opens while driving- Invalid Key- Navi screen Freeze
F: October13-15: Invalid Key Id- Navi screen freeze. (Pictures and Video sent to Alta Nissan and Nissan Canada).
G: October 32-15: Tail gate opened while driving and cause damages. I didnt get report from Nissan canada. I was told is:"as we can not find the issue with car, you have to keep the car and pay for damage!
2- Terrible customer service. You lease the car you need to keep it no matter what. Car is not safe to drive? Too bad!
