As a U.S. Army Veteran and senior citizen I never thought this vehicle would present an economic hardship for me. Replacing a transmission for nearly $4,000 on social security during a pandemic where thousands of jobs were lost, this problem put me in major debt! To think that Nissan knew about this problem with the CVT as early as 2013 and still sold these vehicles without mentioning it to their consumers, is extremely dishonest and disingenuous!
I have read multiple complaints and lawsuits regarding Nissan's negligence and continued failure to address these costly repairs that have been passed on to unsuspecting consumers. Yet, Nissan still has not corrected this problem or even reimbursed their innocent buyers! This is a major crime. Nissan Is A Rogue for selling these Rogues!
