It`s not recognizing the smart key I actually have to use the regular key to unlock the car, when I start the engine

it displays a message saying " Key not connected".

Often times the Intelligent Key option will fail to respond and I am forced to use the actual key fob to open the doors. This has happened on more than one occasion.
