I just bought my Nissan Rogue 2013 3 weeks ago. I went to the bank to pay something and when I came back to my car it wouldn't start. I tried to start the engine few times and then I waited for several minutes to try it again. I would also try to turn my steering wheel or press the gas pedal but these did not help either. A PS signal would always show up. Unfortunately, I did not know what it stood for and I left my car manual in my house as I was trying to get acquainted with some of the features of this new car. I couldn't believe that a new car would give me such a problem right away. I called the dealer agent and advised me to get someone to jump start the car and bring it to their Nissan site. When I brought the car there, the man at the service counter told me that the battery was ok but they were not able to tell me what was the cause. I forgot to tell them that a PS warning would show up. Then today, I just read that PS meant power steering and found it that some Nissan cars had problems with it beofre. When I bought the car the mileage was like 111. I wonder if I was not the first owner or if this problem had occured before in this car. If this problem will occur again and will show the warning signal PS, can someone advise me about what I need to do?
