Cruise control blinks while driving and unable to use it. Can't turn it on or off. Brought to Kingston NY dealership as it is still under warranty. Diagnosis found DTC P0605 ECM performed. Dealer says nothing is wrong with the car, but the problem still exists. Getting nowhere.
