The contact owns a 2012 Nissan rouge. The contact stated that he exited the vehicle with the key still inside the ignition and the door independently locked after he closed the doors. The contact stated that he used his spare key to enter the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection where they stated that there was no failure. The vehicle was not repaired.
