- Class Action Lawsuit For Related Problem - A settlement was reached with Nissan that applies to the 2013 Rogue, as well as a 2011 Infiniti, both with defective paint that peels off. It may be worth pursuing a parallel class action suit about this problem.

Well, I see that I am not alone on this problem. The sealant on the paint started peeling, it started on the front roof and the back hatch and now the front of the roof is almost bare. I had 3 three accidents that were not my fault. I has them fixed. So now the front end, the drivers side and passenger sides all look showroom perfect, but the roof looks like crap!!!
Why has Nissan not done a recall on this situation? It's apparently a factory problem. Also my red paint faded to a rust shade. Just like the other complaints. It's not right, they wanted 1,000 dollars to repaint it. I do not have it. I should not have to pay for it.
