I bought this new vehicle Nov. 2010 and keep getting surprises. What I would take for
granted in other vehicles, it seems that " That's not offered" in all my complaints. I am sick of this dealership offering that lame excuse everytime I complain about an issue. What a cop out!!! easy out. Why are so many simple features left off of this new vehicle?
No across the windshield tinting.
no lock on the glove box.
no lock on the gas cap.
no automatic open the back door inside the suv
no homelink universal transceiver
The suv is only two months old. How many more surprises am I going get as it ages.
This was to be my last vehicle but now I see it is missing many minor features that
are very important to me. What a stupid consumer am I.
