The intelligt key fob has worked perfectly for EXACTLY 2 years (to the month). A few days ago when I tried to start the car, (ignition switch) would NOT turn. I DID have the key fob with me. Of course, I DID know how to pull the 'real' key out of the fob and start the car. Later in the day, the car DID start using the intelligt key. For the past few days I am never sure if the intellgt key will work; sometimes it does/other times will not.
I will be looking to buy a new battery for the fob this week, but I've read several other 'complaints' saying a new battery for the fob does not always work. I certainly would think that this battery should last longer than 2 years; we'll see.
