It is stiff steering and hard to steer. There is excessive pressure or tension in the steering which causes the steering to snap back to center position. I have been facing this issue intermittently which lasts usually from weeks to months. It has been checked with Nissan dealer more than once and in process of diagnosis they replaced the electric steering motor which did not resolve the issue yet.
