Ok so I bought a 2011 Nissan rogue and posted how many transmissions I went through but they were fixed at the dealership. I was glad to get rid of the 2011 and bought a maxima I should sell after this mishap. Ok ROUGES ARE A DEATH TRAP!!! I was driving down the road in an investors 2010 rogue and the airbags deployed. So after getting slapped in the face with a airbag I had to stay in a motel because I couldn't drive home. I went to the dealership and they called Nissan and gave me a rental. Well the problem here is who pays for the rental? Probably me in the end. So Nissan comes late a month or so to pull the black box. After a week or so I am wondering what is taking so long because I have been in a rental for a while,. So we call Nissan well the guy was on vacation and nobody could tell me a thing. Well after a month and a half they said I put the car in a position that caused the airbags to deploy. Ok so going down gravel is putting it in a position and that's why they couldn't tell me anything else. I spoke with a specialist which we have many at my company McCarty and Assoc inc. that if I can drive down a levy and the airbags not deploy then I should be fine with this case. Well Nissan is screwing me after I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on nissans throughout my life this is how they treat a customer. I would understand if there was damage to the car BUT IT WASN'T DAMAGED, NOT A SCRATCH!!! Well I will update how this turns out since I'm sure it will go to court.
